Our Mission

To Inspire People To Live A Healthier And Fitter Lifestyle

TA FITNESS is a team of committed and caring personal trainers who are striving to empower individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. We will work within our Code of Values to ensure that everyone we train will move closer to becoming the person they want to become and achieving the goals they want to achieve.
Our specialty is in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person’s goals and needs. We do this by creating awareness, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically.

Our Code Of Values

COMMITMENT

I commit myself to my clients and team members 100% – always giving my best. I expect them to not only commit 100% to me, but also to themselves, to be the best and healthiest version of themselves. I am committed to the Vision, Mission, Code of Values, and success of TA FITNESS, it’s current and future team, and its clients at all times.

OWNERSHIP

I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes. I own everything that takes place in my life. This means I live a life above the line: no excuses, no blaming, and no denial. I am accountable for my results and success. I know that for things to change, I must first act & change.

EMPOWERMENT

I am committed to empowering others’ health through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. Empowerment is more than helping someone. It is giving them the power and confidence to make healthy choices on their own.

INTEGRITY

I always speak the truth and keep my word. I am wise in my commitments so I do not overcommit myself. I only ever make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements immediately.

FREEDOM

I teach others awareness so they can live a life free to choose health and energy, rather than being trapped in the vicious cycle that keeps them overweight and depressed. I give people the freedom of choice to live their lives to the full.

EXCELLENCE

I strive to exceed my client’s expectations at all times, providing services that have much greater value than the investment made by the client.

TEAMWORK

I am a team player and team leader. I do whatever it takes to stay together and achieve team goals. I am flexible in my work and able to change if what I’m doing is not working. I ask for help when I need it and I am compassionate to others who ask me. Together Everyone Achieves More is my TEAM motto, understanding that I may have to sacrifice individual benefit for the good of the team at times.

HEALTH

I walk the talk, being the example to my clients of living a healthier lifestyle by making fitness and nutrition choices that give me energy, keep me strong, and free from disease.

COMMUNICATION

I commit to give clear communication to both clients and team members. Truthful communication will create solid, encouraging relationships. I speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation. I greet and say goodbye to people using their names. I always apologize for any upsets first and then look for a solution. I only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.

TRUST

I will trust team members and clients, always thinking the best of them unless they prove otherwise. I expect to receive that same trust from clients and my team members.

FUN

I teach clients how fitness and a healthy lifestyle can be fun by incorporating activities that they enjoy to do on their own or with loved ones.

ACCOUNTABILITY

I provide accountability to ensure clients stay on track to reach their goals. I challenge clients to push through their comfort level and do what they never thought was possible.

CONSISTENCY

I am consistent in my actions so my client and team members can know what to expect from me. I am disciplined in my work so my results, growth, and success are consistent. I teach my clients that consistency over the long haul is the key to life-long health and fitness. Change happens 1% at a time.

BALANCE

I encourage clients to create balance in their new healthier lifestyles. It is important to take time for yourself and your health before you can take care of others. I strive to be a living example of balance.

Fitness and healthy nutrition have been a way of life for me ever since the age of 17. At a single moment, my life has changed from one side to the other. While working as a pizza delivery boy, I went out to deliver an order which I never came back to the branch from. While I was on route riding my scooter, a truck was parking at a nonparking zone and I crashed into it and broke both my shins and my left wrist. Shortly after I was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors tend my legs with a complicated surgery procedure for a couple hours. A couple of days later, I woke up at the hospital, facing the horrible truth that I cannot walk or even get out of bed by myself anymore. After staying at the hospital for about a month, I moved from the hospital to my parents house where I was supervised by several doctors and social caretakers that came visiting me on a regular basis. At that time I could only rely on a wheelchair to get me anywhere. Getting used to this new reality wasn’t easy, but I’ve made up to not let this get me down!Fitness and healthy nutrition have been a way of life for me ever since the e of 17. At a glance, my life has changed from one side to the other after being involved in a scooter accident, where I crashed into a truck and broke both my shins and my left wrist. Getting used to this new reality wasn’t easy, but I’ve made up to not let this get me down!
before the accident, I have already been working out trying to build up a better 16 years old physique. I didn’t have much knowledge at that point, so I was focusing on all the basic exercises, such as pushups, crunches and a couple more exercises using dumbbells, mainly for my upper body. But now most of the exercises I could have done were not an option anymore, my legs were covered with bolts and screws and my left hand’s wrist was still recovering. But I still had my right arm functioning and almost undamaged. Knowing that doing any sort of activity would be good for me, I started doing a few exercises using only my right arm.
I kept this going a few times a week, in between studying for my high school exams and having friends coming over to visit me.
Though my left arm was still held up in a cast, my physiotherapist at that time didn’t spare me from doing various exercises to get as many muscles moving as possible. In addition, she gave me a couple of exercises that kept my feet moving.
Once my cast was removed, my left arm was a complete wrack and my arm was very skinny. Step by step I started building up the muscles on my left arm. Still sitting in a wheelchair, I was focusing only on my upper body, doing exercises with both my arms, for my shoulders, biceps and triceps.
A few months later, roughly 4.5 months, I was finally standing for the first time. When the doctor asked me to stand up, I couldn’t believe it and the moment of standing was incredible, suddenly realizing how tall I actually am.
I’ve started using crutches to help me while standing, walking wasn’t yet an option and I had to rebuild the entire muscle tissue on both my legs.
